Delete your account
You can request deletion of your account and data in the KIRA Company app at any time. This page explains the steps, what gets deleted, and what we may keep and for how long.
How to request account deletion
You can start a deletion request in one of two ways:
- From inside the app: open the KIRA Company app → My Account → Delete account, then confirm the request.
- By contacting us: message us from the phone number or email registered on your account, stating "Account deletion request" and your company name:

We verify ownership of the account before processing the request, to protect your data.
What gets deleted
Once you confirm deletion and we verify your identity, we permanently delete your account together with the personal and operational data linked to it, including:
- Account and login details (name, phone number, email, password).
- Your company data stored in the app: fleet and vehicles, customers and drivers, contracts and bookings, and uploaded documents.
- Settings and preferences associated with the account.
What we may keep and why
We may retain certain records for a limited time after deletion where the law requires it or for legitimate purposes, such as:
- Financial records, invoices and transactions, to comply with accounting, tax and legal obligations.
- What is needed to detect or prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
These records are kept only for the period required by applicable law, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
Timeframe
We complete an account deletion request within a maximum of 30 days of verifying your identity, except for records we are legally required to keep as described above.
